WHO WE ARE
I’ve always loved hosting! From family gatherings to long tables filled with friends, food, and chats. Born in Poland, my love for food is deeply rooted in shared meals, seasonal produce, and the simple joy of cooking for others, something I still weave into my menus today.
Travel plays a huge part in how I cook, I’m endlessly inspired by local markets, how people shop, and the everyday food cultures I discover along the way. I care deeply about where ingredients come from and how they’re treated and I cook food to be shared, with generous plates and relaxed pacing. I create experiences ad memories rather than just meals.

Seasonal and produce-led
I cook with the seasons, guided by what’s available, well-sourced and at its best. Inspiration often comes from markets, travel and the way food is cooked and shared across different cultures.
Made to be shared
I design menus for the table. I love to focus on generous plates, food that encourages conversation, compliments the environment and the occasion.
Thoughtful details
From table settings to the flow of the evening, I will consider every detail. Nothing is overworked, but everything has a purpose.
